Insurtech company, bolt tech raised $180 million led by Activant Capital Group in a series A fundraising round. The round was held on a $1 Billion valuation co-participated by Tony Fadell, Alpha Leonis Partners, and Riley Venture Capital.
CEO Rob Schimek said that bolt tech offers a complete solution for digital capabilities for power distribution between customers, distributors, and insurers. Moreover, bolt tech raised funds for the R&D of our software so they accelerated growth.
