S. Korea’s GS Retail CEO in a recent interview said they will acquire Yogiyo Delivery App at $685 million. GS Retail partnered with 2 firms to do the deal.
The deal for the world’s third-largest food delivery app Yogiyo done after the COVID third wave. Baedal Minjok’s Woowa acquired $4 billion in Delivery Heros after the Yogiyo app acquisition. Yogiyo owns 25% shares in the market in Korea.
