Catena Media plc., a leading online iGaming company acquires Casino Affiliation Assets and Online Sports Betting rights.
In 2021, the deal was announced and after the announcement, a PR was released by i15 Media that they sell their rights to Catena Media for $45 million which is $20 million on the deal closing ceremony and $25 million in three installments.
