Confluence, an investment technology backed by TA Associates and Clearlake Capital had acquired Investment Metrics.
Confluence is a tech-based secure database management system that solves complex data problems backed by TA Associates, VC, and Capitalists. The acquisition make Confluence more strong in data handling and the deal was done in the last quarter of FY2021.
CEO, of Investment Metrics, said in an interview with Pittsburgh they have an active 400 giant client in 30 countries which represents $4 trillion in Assets Under Administration.
